Colorado Tracks Camp
Located at Cal-Wood Education Center
Our goal is to empower girls and boys to connect with nature and grow more resilient by persevering through challenges in the wilderness. With this, they can become leaders and role models in a world that needs them. This is all done while connecting deeply with each other through kind and meaningful interactions, all while stepping out of our familiar, daily comfort zones.
Colorado Tracks is a place where each camper is empowered to be true to themselves and their unique strengths. We want our campers to be fully immersed and engaged in the natural world without all the pressure and time constraints of life as we know it. We make sure it is an inclusive environment where each camper is relaxed and confident in their special and unique character.
We handpick stellar role models as our counselors that engage each of the campers and bring out the best version that they can be. We inspire leadership, kindness, and connection through an array of games and activities each day.
Our schedule is mindfully created with a balance of fun, engaging activities, along with enough free time to explore, create, and discover without predetermined rules or guidelines. Our children need this more than ever due to our overly scheduled worlds and inflamed nervous systems. They need time to unwind to enable their nervous systems to relax and become fully present.
Being surrounded in this stunning mountain paradise is the perfect elixir for this to happen.
Campers will sleep in cabins (separate girls and boys cabins) with their own bunk bed and access to an indoor bathroom. Delicious meals will be served in the main lodge that has spectacular views and amazing sunsets.
